Allowance policy

What your people may spend, when — and the part your accountant cares about.

What each person may spend

Daily allowancePer person, per day. An order above it is offered with the difference on their own card — or blocked, if you switch that off below.
Weekdays onlyMonday to Friday. Switch off to include weekends.
Hours it can be usedOutside these times the company account is not offered at checkout. Set it to cover lunch, or open it up for late shifts.
Let people top up the differenceThey pay anything above the allowance themselves. With this off, an order over the allowance cannot be placed on the company account at all.

Who it applies to

The same allowance for everyoneEvery person on the account gets the allowance above, with no individual exceptions.

This is the arrangement that supports treating meals as an employee welfare expense — a written policy applying equally to everyone. Confirm the treatment with your accountant; we are not one.

Summary

฿150 per person per day, Monday to Friday, between 11:00 and 14:00. Anything above that is paid by the person themselves. The same for everyone on the account.

This wording is what your people see when they choose the company account at checkout. It is also the plain-language version of the written policy your accountant will ask for.

Saving and enforcing the policy is not connected yet — the numbers above are placeholders. It arrives in M2, together with the accounts that decide who may open this page at all.
