FAQ

The questions partners actually ask.

8 questions

  • If I send someone a customer link and they open a restaurant later, do I lose them?

No. Whoever arrives through any of your links is credited to you once, permanently. The link only decides where they land. If that person orders as a customer you earn on their orders; if they open a restaurant you earn on its takings; if they become a partner you earn on their team. All from the one original referral.

  • How deep does the commission go?

Three levels. 2.5% on people you referred yourself, 1% on the people they referred, 0.5% one level below that. The rate falls with distance because the work does.

  • Do I earn anything for signing someone up?

No. Nothing is paid for a registration. Commission is a share of orders that real customers actually placed, so a large team that never orders is worth nothing. This is deliberate.

  • What does it cost to join?

Nothing. There is no joining fee, no starter package, no monthly minimum and nothing you have to buy to keep your rank. If anyone tells you otherwise, they do not speak for Aroi.

  • When does commission become payable?

After the return window on the underlying order closes, usually 14 days. Until then it sits as pending. If the order is cancelled, the commission is reversed with it and stays visible in your ledger as a reversal.

  • What is the minimum payout?

฿300. Below that the balance simply carries over. You can also convert your balance to Aroi store credit at any amount, with a 10% top-up — but credit cannot be converted back to cash.

  • Can I tell people what I earn?

You may state facts about yourself. You may not present your figures as what someone else can expect, or promise anyone an income. Misrepresenting earnings is an offence under the Direct Sales and Direct Marketing Act B.E. 2545, and it is the most common reason partner accounts are closed.

  • Do I have to pay tax on this?

Yes. Commission is income. Aroi reports what it pays you, and what you owe depends on your own situation — the Academy lesson on tax explains what you need before your first payout. It is not tax advice, and neither is this answer.
